Terry Rice is a visionary technology leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of innovation and business. As the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Aideas, he is pioneering the future of AI accessibility, driving the development of a platform that empowers businesses and individuals to create intelligent solutions without deep technical expertise.
With a relentless commitment to democratizing AI, Terry has been instrumental in making advanced technology more accessible, affordable, and impactful. His extensive experience in technology and leadership continues to shape Aideas into a transformative force, bridging the gap between AI innovation and real-world applications.

Dr. Nikolai

Dr. Nikolai Shaposhnikov
Co-Founder | Chief Scientist
Dr. Nikolai Shaposhnikov is a leading expert in big data, data science, and artificial intelligence, with over 20 years of experience spanning academia, industry, and government. He began his career at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and has since served as a consultant for federal agencies, including HHS OIG, DotT FTA, and DLA, providing strategic guidance in AI, machine learning, and data science.
An active contributor to open-source initiatives, Dr. Shaposhnikov has also played a key role in Nvidia projects such as Jarvis (Riva) and RAPIDS. Committed to education and innovation, he has taught courses on the application of AI and machine learning in cybersecurity. He holds a Master’s in Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a PhD in Astrophysics from George Mason University.
